WA Nezam Portal
The West Azerbaijan Nezam (Bar Association) Portal is a large-scale enterprise web application I led from the ground up. It serves as the digital backbone for the West Azerbaijan Bar Association, supporting over 20,000 active users including lawyers, judges, and administrative staff.
Scope & Responsibilities
I was the lead developer for this project, responsible for:
- Architecture design and technical decision-making
- Full-stack implementation (.NET Core backend + React frontend)
- Database design and query optimization for high-concurrency workloads
- Integration with external government systems and registries
- Security hardening (authentication, authorization, audit logging)
- Production deployment and infrastructure setup
Core Modules
Lawyer Registration & Licensing
Handles the complete lifecycle of lawyer registration, license issuance, renewals, and status tracking. Includes document management and digital verification workflows.
Case & Hearing Management
Lawyers can track their assigned cases, hearing schedules, and legal proceedings. Administrative staff manage the court calendar and case assignments.
Financial Processing
Membership fees, fines, and service charges are processed through the portal. Includes invoice generation, payment tracking, and financial reporting.
Reporting & Analytics
A rich reporting engine generates statistical and operational reports for management and the Ministry of Justice.
